Your mental health matters – The NAU Review

We recognize that the COVID-19 pandemic has taken a toll on the mental well-being of our campus community. That is why I want to take a moment to encourage students and employees alike to take advantage of the many resources and programs that are available to help you thrive in your living, learning and working environment.

The mental health of the university is a crucial component of our shared success. If you are struggling, please do not hesitate to reach out for help. We will continue working together to create a culture of care where we look out for one another, create opportunities to build connections and bolster our resilience to bounce back from the collective impacts of the ongoing pandemic.
