We all know it can be frustrating and stressful. We often worry when we are faced with stress or distress. Our heart beats before an important presentation or a serious medical exam. I worked as a social worker for a year, I was a case manager with many different people. I worked in the government for twenty years, that is, I worked a lot. I have special training in working with children and families, but there have been times when I have been hired with seniors and adults with mental illness because of the hiring. In a way it causes stress in other people’s lives, but it also helps me to know about various diseases as well as the resources available.
With all my previous work experience, I like to believe in myself that I suffer from symptoms of anxiety disorders and I go to the doctor to seek help for this condition. I believe the war is over. I was able to log in, take some medications, and start treatment. And then I realized that it was not that easy. There are many anxiety medications out there, and some seem like good remedies, but the people who sell them are the real scammers. Anyone who tells you how to treat generalized anxiety disorder is easily fooled. In fact, it is a difficult and demanding process.

It’ll still be out there for a while, but if I don’t let myself get caught, I’ll have the upper hand. I’m still going through my anxiety treatment, but it’s better than it has been in years.
