‘Immersive Frida Kahlo’ Yoga
The new yoga series at Houston’s Immersive Frida Kahlo exhibit is led by a certified instructor from Shaka Power Yoga. Each workout, intended for all skill levels, is choreographed with sounds, lights and moving images from Frida’s vast catalogue of masterpieces.
