Talking about some significant results that one can achieve through this fitness regimen, Sean added, “Training with kettlebells will not only make you a Herculean, but it will make you more flexible and agile while enhancing explosiveness, speed, stamina, conditioning, cardiovascular fitness, mental wellness, mindfulness and performance in every field.”
Sean’s coach, Sayantan, also shared a list of exercises that one can do with kettlebells. “There are some basic exercises which can be performed by one at home or in the open air with a kettlebell. These include goblet squat, deadlift, lunge, overhead press, rows, farmers carry, kettlebell swing and kettlebell Russian twist,” added the coach.
