Sean Banerjee loves to experiment with his workout regime. Every now and then, he tries out new exercises and learns new skills. At present, Sean is working out with Russian kettlebells. Sean, who has benefitted hugely from the exercise, said, “Kettlebells training saves me a lot of time on days when I have long hours of shooting. It has benefited me in maintaining a lean physique along with a balanced diet. It has helped me increase my concentration and stay focused. Also, I like to add kettlebells training to strength training as it gives me more resistance. I think people should really incorporate it in their workout routine.”

The actor trains with fitness coach Sayantan Majumder, a strength and conditioning specialist. Talking about some significant results that one can achieve through this fitness regimen, Sean added, “Training with kettlebells will not only make you a Herculean, but it will make you more flexible and agile while enhancing explosiveness, speed, stamina, conditioning, cardiovascular fitness, mental wellness, mindfulness and performance in every field.”

Sean’s coach, Sayantan, also shared a list of exercises that one can do with kettlebells. “There are some basic exercises which can be performed by one at home or in the open air with a kettlebell. These include goblet squat, deadlift, lunge, overhead press, rows, farmers carry, kettlebell swing and kettlebell Russian twist,” added the coach.
