Raquel Leviss has kicked off a new month with a new daily routine.

“Day one of my 75-day Hard challenge,” the Vanderpump Rules SUR-ver said in a March Instagram Story video, referencing the 75 Hard program, which is described as a “transformative mental toughness program” on its website. “We’re getting right to it. I’ve been saying I’m going to start my diet and my workout regimen very strictly starting March 1, so we are here, and I am making these poached eggs with [Dave’s Killer Bread] whole-grain bread.”

As Raquel explained, “in this challenge, you have to work out twice a day [and] one of those workouts has to be outside,” so for her first day, she took her dog Graham for a hike and later hit the gym to lift weights.

Since beginning the program, Raquel has documented her meals including poached eggs with toast and a banana, a bowl from Sweetfin, a turkey, lettuce, and tomato sandwich, and orange slices. (According to a blog post on the website, each individual follows a “structured diet” while doing 75 Hard that “can be whatever you want it to be (Keto, Paleo, Vegetarian, etc.) as long as it is aligned with your goals.”) Raquel shared that while doing the program she “cannot drink alcohol” and “must drink a gallon of water each day.”

On day 4 of her new routine, Raquel reflected on the experience before taking a 45-minute walk with Graham. “I think the main lesson that I’m getting so far is time management because we’ve got sh-t to do in the day, and if you don’t wake up you’re going to lose precious time, especially if you have other things planned,” she said. “So today I have appointments and things that I need to get done at a specific time, so I’ve gotta make sure I’m on top of it. Otherwise, I won’t be able to get both of my workouts in. Which is probably the main one. It’s planning.”
