BLUEFIELD, W.Va. (WVVA) – One of WVVA’s Hometown Heroes for 2022 is doing what she can to help you stay on course with your fitness goals.

Kimberly Moore & her team of instructors are continuing to offer a ‘Family and Friends’ weekend of free Jazzercise courses.

Moore telling WVVA’s Joshua Bolden earlier this year Jazzercise in Princeton is more than just a physical workout.

“We’re hear to listen to them. It doesn’t necessarily have to be about their physical issues,” said Kimberly. “Maybe they just walked away from their job. Maybe they just walked away from their home or something they’re dealing with with their children.”

Jazzercise is a family affair as Moore teaches alongside her daughter-in-law, Amanda.

“If I can help them through excerise to make sure their mentally well and they’re physically well–if I can contribute to somebody’s well being it just makes the mission of my life just over all better,” said Amanda Moore.

The dates and times for the remaining free courses are as follows: Saturday March 5th 9:00 am and 10:30 am; Sunday March 6th 4:30 pm; Monday March 7th 7:30 am, 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Earlier this week, WVVA @ Noon showcased one of the routines taught during the courses–watch above.

Princeton Jazzercise is located at 150 Courthouse Square off of Courthouse Rd. in Princeton.
